The Keyport GardenWalk: A Celebration of Beauty and Community

Since its debut in 2012, the Keyport GardenWalk has blossomed into one of the premier tourist attractions in the historic Borough of Keyport. Each year, our passionate and talented gardeners open their gates to share peaceful retreats, vibrant flower beds, and thriving vegetable plots—transforming the town into a living gallery of horticultural creativity.

Visitors from near and far are invited to stroll through both public and private gardens, discovering perennial gems nestled in charming neighborhoods. More than just a collection of plants, each garden is a personal expression—designed to inspire, relax, and rejuvenate.

This enchanting event features:

  • Self-guided tours of stunning gardens

  • Live music and local art

  • Educational talks and gardening seminars

  • A sense of community, laughter, and lasting memories

The Keyport GardenWalk is more than an event—it's a celebration of nature, creativity, and connection. We hope you’ll join us in making it an event to remember.

ELIZABETH STREET COMMUNITY GARDEN ESTABLISHED IN 2016

Elizabeth Street Community Garden
is Managed by the Elizabeth Street Gardens Committee of the Keyport Garden Club.

The Elizabeth Street Community Garden (ESCG) is a vibrant, organic space dedicated to education, beautification, and community nourishment. Operated by the Elizabeth Street Gardens Committee of the Keyport Garden Club, the garden is a place where members come together in a spirit of cooperation and fellowship to grow fresh produce and flowers.

Our mission is to maintain a safe, welcoming, and attractive environment for individuals who wish to learn about sustainable gardening practices, cultivate edible plants, and contribute to the natural beauty of Keyport. In addition to supporting its members, the garden plays an important role in fostering community connections and offering hands-on educational opportunities.

We are proud to recognize the vision and efforts of our founding members:
Jim Bacci, Dennis McNamara, Clare Skeen, Bill and Andrea Shadel, Lynne Kosobucki, Diane Calabrese and Marianne Schell, who helped bring the Elizabeth Street Community Garden to life in Keyport, New Jersey.
