Elizabeth Street Community Garden
is Managed by the Elizabeth Street Gardens Committee of the Keyport Garden Club.
The Elizabeth Street Community Garden (ESCG) is a vibrant, organic space dedicated to education, beautification, and community nourishment. Operated by the Elizabeth Street Gardens Committee of the Keyport Garden Club, the garden is a place where members come together in a spirit of cooperation and fellowship to grow fresh produce and flowers.
Our mission is to maintain a safe, welcoming, and attractive environment for individuals who wish to learn about sustainable gardening practices, cultivate edible plants, and contribute to the natural beauty of Keyport. In addition to supporting its members, the garden plays an important role in fostering community connections and offering hands-on educational opportunities.
We are proud to recognize the vision and efforts of our founding members:
Jim Bacci, Dennis McNamara, Clare Skeen, Bill and Andrea Shadel, Lynne Kosobucki, Diane Calabrese and Marianne Schell, who helped bring the Elizabeth Street Community Garden to life in Keyport, New Jersey.
