The Keyport GardenWalk began in 2012 and has quickly grown into one of the top tourist attractions in the historic Borough of Keyport. Each year, local gardeners come together to create peaceful retreats, colorful oases, and productive vegetable gardens—opening their gates to showcase their creativity, expertise, and love of gardening.

Thousands of visitors explore both public and private gardens throughout town, discovering perennial plantings tucked into charming neighborhoods and learning about environmentally beneficial rain gardens along Keyport’s magnificent waterfront. We believe a garden is more than a collection of plants—it is a space that inspires, relaxes, and rejuvenates, making each GardenWalk a memorable experience for the entire community.

This enchanting two-day event features self-guided garden tours, live art and music, educational speakers, and moments of laughter and connection that create lasting memories.

Donations to the Keyport Garden Club make it possible to offer the GardenWalk as a free event for all visitors to enjoy each year. Your support helps keep this beloved community tradition growing and accessible to everyone.
